Counter-Notification

- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
Repeat Infringers
PrivacyTechIndia reserves the right to remove any content and terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Please note that filing a false DMCA claim is a serious matter. Under Indian law, providing false information in a copyright claim may result in legal liability. Please ensure your claim is legitimate before filing.
